Hogan Personality Inventory*

A favorite of Dr. Falwell’s because it integrates valuable information about our day to day behaviors with our values - what drives and motivates us toward change. An excellent quality about the Hogan is its basis in reputation - not just your input about yourself, but how others perceive you.

VIA Character Strengths

The focus of the VIA is character strengths. This assessment is backed by research that supports the idea that when a person knows and lives out of their strengths (versus trying to build skills in a not-so-strong area), they are 18x more likely to flourish in meaningful areas of their lives. What would that 18% look like for you?

Enneagram

From one point of view, the Enneagram can be seen as a set of nine distinct personality types, with each number on the Enneagram denoting one type. It is common to find a little of yourself in all nine of the types, although one of them should stand out as being closest to yourself. This is your basic personality type.

My background also allows me to work with content from the MMPI, PAI and other clinically validated assessments that help with mental health diagnostics. I can also work with assessments not listed here (e.g. DISC profile) if you have results/reports.

This option is for someone wanting insight and planning specifically based on assessment data. You might be interested in this if you want to use data to your advance in your career development: prepare for a promotion, or make a career transition, consider assets and limitations in your leadership style or gain perspective on repetitive issues.

Assessments are often used by organizations to assess for ability, style and problem areas or coaching points . For example, an organization might use the Clifton Strengths Finder for team awareness and have each member of a team display their top five strengths on a name badge or desk. At times, individuals (and/or their managers) want to know more about how to access and execute on strengths, as well as recognize and plan around weaknesses or negative tendencies.

One benefit of paying for assessments like The Hogan or The MBTI through me is that you get to keep the results, which is sometimes the case if you are given an assessment as part of a hiring or development process.

Additionally, assessments like The Hogan are highly beneficial when considering your reputation, emotional management at work, facilitating relationships or increasing awareness around others (e.g. employees, direct reports).

An Assessment Review allows you to get the most out of tests or assessments you want to take or have taken
