Women’s Issues

The women I see are often struggling to understand their experiences and patterns, especially ones that bring them regular disappointment and pain. Additionally, they are usually seeking freedom from anxious, worrisome thinking about a variety of topics.

Many times, there are challenges in friendships or relationships/marriage for the women that are my clients. Struggling with finding meaning and courage for next steps in pursuing what they want in work and life, these women repeatedly find that a place to voice their interests, beliefs, anxieties and concerns.

Their work allows them to discover how to face burdens of anger, shame, confusion and/or unhappiness.

The feedback I hear:

Most often women move through growth in finding and using voice, as well as taking courageous steps in navigating the challenges that come in using voice. Beyond voice comes work in developing purpose and inner-authority. One of the hardest elements of this type of personal development work is in disappointing or hurting others in the name of focusing on their own well-being.
